Science Camp June 15-19, 2020
Come join Mrs. Wheeler June 15-19 for five days of science fun! Each day we will explore a different topic with experiments, hands-on exploration, art, stories, and fun snacks. Our week includes:
Crazy Contraptions: Knock over towers with a pendulum, lift toys high with pulleys, and send objects flying across the playground with a giant slingshot.
Up, Up, and Away: We will make and experiment with airplanes and several other flyers, and see what we can lift with some helium balloons.
Engineering Challenge: Have fun making houses, towers, and bridges, and a big clubhouse we can all fit in!
Ocean Commotion: Dig for shells, learn about ocean animals (even sharks!), and have fun playing with water when we turn the preschool into a day at the beach.
Fun In the Sun: This day is all about our closest star. Play with shadows, make sun prints, experiment with solar power, and even use the sun to cook a special snack.
